Broadcast Manager (1TH-BMAN)
The RadioScape Broadcast Manager has the complex task of managing the whole multiplex process. This includes sending out instructions to the various multiplexers, encoders and decoders in the multiplex system, producing billing and reporting information, and checking that the multiplex system is functioning correctly by examining the feedback from the system's components.
