The way ahead for local ensembles

As the Technology of Digital Radio advances, the commercial environment surrounding the Broadcast market is changing – perhaps even faster. In many countries, legislation is being put in place to empower Regional and Local ensembles – but the economics of these areas demands a Technical solution that to date, has not been available at an affordable price.

RadioScape's extensive use of IP has enabled it to develop and release that long sought after solution - in a manner that integrates fully with its existing product range. It is a fully viable solution to satisfy the Technical, Commercial and Operational needs of the Local Ensemble provider, it is the PMUX.

This exciting, compact solution is 4U (7 inches / 14.5cm) high but houses a Full Multiplex - including:-

• Broadcast Manager
• Ensemble and Data Multiplexer AND
• A mixture of EIGHT DAB or DAB+ (Stereo) Audio Encoders.
