Non Executive Directors
Bruce Anderson
Bruce has a BA in Modern Languages from Manchester University and an MSc.
in Management and Business Studies from Warwick University. He joined the
Plessey Company as a financial analyst and qualified as a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants while working with Coopers
and Lybrand as a management consultant specializing in management information
and control systems. Since then he has gained a wide range of experience over
a twenty year period working in the automotive, defence and the mobile telecommunication
sectors initially with Plessey which he re-joined in 1984 as finance director of
Plessey Military Communications; with Varity Corp as Group Director Finance and
Planning at Perkins Engines based at Peterborough, and then as Group Financial
Controller of Lucas Varity. Immediately prior to joining the Radioscape board
as head of the audit committee, Bruce was Finance Director of TTP Communications plc.
